Being a new parent is exhausting. And that exhaustion is increased dramatically by the inability to get a single moment of deep, comfortable, sweet sleep…
It’s scientifically proven that white noise and calming sounds can help put your baby to sleep, reduce their anxiety and help them keep calm for longer periods of time. Every sudden sound is a sound of danger when you’re a newborn, and reducing the possibility of some unexpected creek of the floor or a dog barking outside disturbing the peace is crucial.
But not all “white noise” is created equal. We searched, tried out different playlists, classical music, chill house even… Not much worked. Being music producers ourselves, we decided to make our own, based on our experience and the scientific research of how the brain interacts with different frequencies of music.

Steady, unbroken rainfall tuned to mask the creaks, doors and dogs that wake a sleeping newborn. Long tracks, no fades, no surprises — press play at bedtime and leave it running until morning.

Our warmest, low-frequency white noise — closer to the sound of the womb than to a fan or a radio. Made for the first weeks home, when every small noise feels like an alarm.

Rain against a window, recorded soft and kept soft. A gentler alternative to pure white noise for naps, car seats and prams.

The first thing we ever made, for our own baby, at three in the morning. Quiet tonal beds with a very slow pulse — still the one we reach for first.

For the stretch before sleep: feeding, changing, rocking. Warm, familiar tones that signal the day is closing without demanding the eyes shut yet.

Because the baby is finally down and there is work waiting. Muted drums, no vocals, nothing that pulls your attention away from the screen.
